Efficient To-Do List is a simple application that allows you to create to-do lists in a snap. The tasks are shown in the main window and you can mark them as done by ticking the box next to them. You can customize the name, start and due date, state, completion, percentage, priority, label, comments and reminders of any task. You can even set up recurrence, specifying the pattern and range. The tasks can be filtered: you can view those pertaining to the current week, month, not overdue, overdue or with high priority. You can also search for any tasks by entering specific keywords in the search field. What is more, the to-do lists can be saved and printed, and you can password-protect the program and even back up all the information contained in it.
When the program is minimized, it continues running in the system tray, showing reminders when necessary and allowing you to add new tasks one click. There's also a Pro version of this program, which includes even more features for a few bucks.
